This role is situated within the Biz-Ops function of Tactical alongside our Traffic Manager and Chief Operating Officer. The Operations Executive works seamlessly between the operational and delivery functions of Tactical ensuring the business is supported at all times for their operations requirements to keep workflows and projects functioning.     In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive change and create meaningful business impact by collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders across the organisation. \n Support Tactical's Resourcing function:Support Traffic Manager with business problem-solving to ensure the relevant Client Servicing and Creative Teams are aligned on priorities and client briefs are not delayed.Support Weekly check-ins with Client Servicing Leads + Creative Team Leads to align on incoming work, project, pitching needs, and/or specific resourcing requests. Support weekly Creative Team stand-ups which are run by the Traffic Manager to monitor work queues and ensure current workloads are manageable against incoming work and requests. Coordinate operations data insights and reporting:Weekly: Extract data from Forecast reports, consolidate them into reporting charts for Leadership, and align with Traffic Manager on weekly insights to be flagged.Monthly + Quarterly: Extract data from Forecast utilisation reports and create month-to-month comparison reporting charts for the COO.Ad Hoc: Support Client Servicing Leads + Creative Team Leads with utilisation / time tracking reports per team / department / project to help understand resource utilisation against incoming demand. Administration of business tools, systems, and peripheral devices Work with Finance and People teams to support the business requests for peripheral hardware items, and new IT tool/software purchases etc. Working with Tactical's IT support partners to report and track resolution progress for business-wide technology or tool-related support tickets. Support Freelancer onboarding + offboarding to Tactical tools and systems. Support Tatical's tool/system registry for all systems used across the business this includes maintaining admin rights, monitoring passwords and ensuring all tool/system renewals and billing cycles are monitored and maintained and kept up to date. Who You Are:Data driven: You have demonstrated proficiency in data management and analysis, including the ability to generate basic reports and work efficiently with spreadsheets (e.g. Google Sheets, Excel etc.) and can also interpret data to support reporting.  Reliable: You demonstrate a strong understanding of stakeholder needs and have a sense of urgency to execute tasks efficiently under time constraints. You know how to prioritise and focus on supporting urgent team requests. Collaborative team player: You're able to build strong relationships with the teams and stakeholders around you. You operate from a position of empathy and understanding of the business points of friction and work together with teams to solve challenges and move forwards towards continuous improvement. Time management: You're able to manage your time efficiently and can easily move between your areas of responsibility to effectively prioritise and manage your own schedule. Excellent communicator & problem solver: You have excellent interpersonal communication skills. You're comfortable and able to clearly articulate your ideas, thoughts, challenges and feedback (both written and verbally) to your various business stakeholders. Attention to detail and organised: You are extremely organised and have a knack for detail that manifests itself in the way you ask questions, action feedback, and follow up on requests or tasks. You're able to apply clear thinking and structure to your daily way of working.   Self-motivated + proactive: You're a self-starter who's comfortable thinking through and creating your own plan of action, and can easily define your next steps. You're able to clearly flag and communicate any needs for support / feedback.
