Retail Operations Manager - Southern

This position cover: Southern Region – South Klang Valley, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Johor Job Summary The Retail Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of retail stores to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
This role involves managing area managers and store staff, optimizing sales, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing strategies to improve performance.
General Responsibilities: Achieve operation objectives Driving KPI's & profitability Work closely with area managers Coach sales team in driving the business Support store expansion plans Business analysis & presentations People management & development Liaising with key department for business improvement strategies Implement strategic marketing plans Regular store visits in the region Functional Skills and Knowledge: Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations.
Leadership and decision-making ability.
Motivated self-starter, with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with a team-player's mindset.
