Operations Coordinator

·      Promote the client's products or services in a professional but customer-friendly manner
·      Train all front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills
·      Compliance with agreed client KPIs
·      Consolidate and present team performance to company stakeholders, client representatives, and to the whole team
·      Regularly attends company, client, and retail outlet-initiated meetings
·      Establish outstanding relationships with the principal and the retail outlets
·      Align with the Operations Supervisor in developing the monthly Coverage Plan with respect to the objective of the team and the priorities of the client
·      Monitor and safeguard all the equipment issued to all company personnel, client representatives, and retail outlet

Qualifications:
• Graduate of any 2-4 year course
• Amenable to working in the field
• With good communication, confidence, and employee management skills
• Highly adaptable to working environment

Other information:
- Amenable to do fieldwork in Makati, Pasig, Quezon City and part of Rizal
