Operations Associate

Job Description:

Petron Corporation is seeking a motivated and resourceful Operations Associate to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in coordinating and managing operational activities within the company.
2. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
4. Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
5. Assist in managing vendor relationships and procurement processes.
6. Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.
7. Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a related field.
3. Strong leadership and creativity skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
