Job Description:
AllCare is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the company
- Support the Operations Manager in implementing operational strategies and initiatives
- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors and partners
- Support in coordinating and overseeing logistical operations
- Assist in resolving operational issues and challenges as they arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar operations role
- Resourceful and resilient with a strong problem-solving mindset
- Excellent negotiation and analysis skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
