Operations Associate

Job Description:

Acudeen Technologies is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of the company.

Responsibilities:- Coordinate with various departments to streamline operational processes- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement- Assist in developing strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency- Manage day-to-day operational tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely manner- Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards are maintained- Assist in implementing new operational procedures and systems- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on operational goals

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in operations- Confident and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills- Excellent negotiation and time management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
