Operations Associate

Job Description:

HealthNow is seeking a dynamic and energetic Operations Associate to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a passion for healthcare and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the company, including coordinating schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving operational processes.
- Provide support to the management team in various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and conducting research.
- Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing support to existing staff.
- Maintain a positive and energetic work environment by fostering a sense of joy and vibrancy among team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.
- Energetic and passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in people management is a plus.
