**Job Description:**
Puregold Price Club Inc. is seeking a dedicated and motivated Operations Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational functions of the company, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Operational Support:** Assist in daily operations, including inventory management, restocking shelves, and ensuring product availability. Conduct regular audits to maintain stock levels and report discrepancies to the management.
- **Customer Service Excellence:** Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Understand customer needs and assist them in finding products or services that meet their requirements.
- **Sales Support:** Help with the execution of sales promotions and marketing initiatives. Engage with customers to promote new products and drive sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions. Use software tools to input data and generate reports for the management team.
- **Collaboration with Teams:** Work closely with various departments, including sales and marketing, to ensure operational coherence. Attend team meetings and provide insights or feedback on operational processes.
- **Training and Leadership:** Act as a peer mentor for new team members by sharing knowledge of best practices and company policies. Demonstrate leadership qualities by taking initiative in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
- **Health and Safety Compliance:** Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents to the management immediately.
- **Additional Responsibilities:** Perform various other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operational needs of the company.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed a degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent – able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
- Passionate – dedicated to delivering high-quality service and improving operational processes.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Leadership – ability to motivate and guide peers.

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Filipino or Cebuano is an advantage.
