Job Description:
San Miguel Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Operations Associate to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in coordinating and executing operational activities, including but not limited to inventory management, logistics coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and implement best practices.
3. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement.
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations activities.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
6. Support the Operations Manager in various tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
7. Proficiency in research and data analysis.
8. Confidence and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
