Operations Associate

Job Description:

MetroMart is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a resourceful and motivated personality.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the company, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing support and guidance.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Resourceful and motivated personality.
- Strong negotiation and adaptability skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
