Revolution Precrafted is seeking an enthusiastic and driven **Operations Associate** to join our dynamic team in Davao City. This entry-level, part-time position will provide you with invaluable experience in the thriving prefab innovation industry. As an Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in all our processes.
### Key Responsibilities:
1. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist in the management of daily operations by organizing and maintaining office documents and databases.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
2. **Data Management:**
- Input, update, and maintain various data systems, ensuring information is accurate and current.
- Conduct regular audits of operational data to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
3. **Communication:**
- Liaise with team members, clients, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations and prompt resolution of issues.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications regarding deadlines, meetings, and project updates.
4. **Project Coordination:**
- Support project managers in coordinating timelines, resources, and team efforts to meet project goals.
- Track project milestones and provide timely updates to team leaders.
5. **Process Improvement:**
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and quality of service.
- Contribute innovative ideas during team brainstorming sessions to optimize workflows.
6. **Customer Engagement:**
- Assist in managing client inquiries and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in meetings with clients and partners, documenting key points and action items.
7. **Inventory Management:**
- Help monitor inventory levels of office supplies and materials, placing orders as necessary.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to support ongoing projects.
### Requirements:
**Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an operational or administrative role.
