Operation Supervisor

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree.
2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Has a technical experience in mechanical/ electrical/ electronics/ refrigeration.
4. Preferably with professional driver's license.
5. Can drive motor or 4-wheels.
6. Willing to do field works in NCR.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Manage daily activities and performance of Route Sales Drivers.
2. Train and direct Route team to improve their over all performance.
3. Plan, distribute, and monitor Daily Route Assignment to ensure customer are serviced according to machine visit requirement.
4. Monitor and track Route Sales Driver's attendance to make sure that all agreed schedule are being followed.
5. Ensure completion of daily routes and ensure that all productivity goals are met or exceeded.
6. Provide training and refresh Routeman on AVM standard servicing on an on going basis.
7. Learn all route in assigned areas and has the ability to run route as needed.
8.Monitor Route team performance by conducting weekly one on one meeting and monthly route observation to perform right timing on
machine visit and ensure daily schedule are appropriate for predetermined route.
