Online Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Insider is seeking a reliable and hardworking Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for managing online web chat interactions with customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through online web chat to provide support and assistance
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
