2. **Sales Support:**
- Utilize persuasive communication techniques to guide potential customers through the purchase process and upsell relevant products or services.
- Assist in generating leads, tracking customer preferences, and providing insight into customer needs.

- Quickly assess customer issues, making informed decisions to address and resolve their concerns effectively.

**Requirements:**
