Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Saphron, a leading technology company based in Davao City, is seeking a full-time Online Web Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, energetic, creative, and a team player.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through online web chat to provide assistance and support
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Assist with other tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
