Online Support Officer

Job Description:

Saphron is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Support Officer to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role who are looking to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide online support to customers via email, chat, and social media platforms
- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and general troubleshooting
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:
- Resourceful and confident in handling customer inquiries and issues
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using online support tools and platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
