Job Description:
AIDE Home Health Care is seeking a part-time Online Support Assistant to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Assistant will be responsible for providing online support to our clients and caregivers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of independence and passion, as well as the soft skills of people management and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to online inquiries from clients and caregivers in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical support for our online platform and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth communication and coordination between clients and caregivers
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and caregivers, including training on how to use our online platform
- Monitor client and caregiver feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate records of all online interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Independent and passionate individual with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage people effectively and demonstrate leadership qualities
- Proficiency in using online platforms and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
