Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Online Secretary to join our team at Solaire Resort & Casino in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level Online Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our online operations. This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Managing online calendars and scheduling appointments
- Handling online correspondence and responding to emails
- Conducting online research and compiling information
- Assisting with online event planning and coordination
- Managing online databases and updating records
- Providing online customer support and resolving inquiries
- Assisting with online marketing and social media management
- Performing other online administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Online Secretary or similar role
- Strong dedication and motivation to excel in an online environment
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to research effectively
- Proficiency in online communication tools and software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
