**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via various online platforms, including chat, email, and social media, providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist customers with account management, order processing, and troubleshooting issues to ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.

2. **Relationship Building:**
- Foster strong relationships with customers, clients, and partners by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights about customer interactions and improve service quality.

3. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Monitor common customer issues and communicate trends to management for process improvement.

4. **Product Knowledge:**
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cropital's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and guide decision-making for customers.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

5. **Feedback and Improvement:**
- Actively solicit customer feedback and relay updates to product development and service improvement initiatives.
- Suggest innovative ways to improve customer experiences based on direct customer interactions.

6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members to achieve individual and team goals while providing support to fellow representatives.
- Attend team meetings to discuss challenges, share insights, and celebrate successes.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior experience is required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in a customer service environment is essential.
