### Job Description:

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Online Contact Center Assistant to join our growing team. This part-time position will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer support through various online channels. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess a strong desire to provide outstanding service to our clients.

### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Interaction**:
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.

2. **Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Robinsons Land Corporation's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Stay updated on changes and enhancements within the product offerings to ensure up-to-date communication with customers.

3. **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately, ensuring all data is entered into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Track and report trends in customer feedback to management for ongoing improvement processes.

4. **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with team members to maintain a harmonious and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with various departments, such as sales and marketing, to support cross-functional initiatives and customer success.

5. **Problem Solving**:
- Utilize creativity and emotional intelligence to provide personalized solutions and enhance customer experience.
- Proactively identify potential issues and offer suggestions for improvement or resolution.

6. **Training and Development**:
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of products and services as well as customer service techniques.
- Assist in mentoring new team members and sharing effective practices to foster a collaborative learning environment.

### Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- **Experience**: No prior experience required; we welcome passionate individuals eager to start their career in customer service.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using computers, online communication tools, and basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
