### Job Description

San Miguel Corporation is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Client Support Representative. In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. Your primary focus will be to resolve inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Interaction:** Provide timely, courteous, and thorough responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms. Aim to resolve customer issues in a single interaction whenever possible.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an in-depth knowledge of San Miguel Corporation's products and services to effectively assist customers. Stay updated on current promotions, offerings, and company updates.

- **Issue Resolution:** Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy. Ensure problems are escalated to the appropriate departments when necessary, following up to guarantee resolution.

- **Order Management:** Assist customers with order tracking, cancellations, changes, and returns. Interpret and convey necessary information accurately to ensure a smooth transaction process.

- **Feedback Collection:** Solicit and record customer feedback to identify trends or areas for improvement. Communicate insights to management for service and product enhancements.

- **Database Management:** Accurately enter and maintain customer information in the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with colleagues and other departments to enhance the customer experience and contribute to team objectives. Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute ideas for improvement.

- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor personal performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution rates. Strive to meet and exceed set targets.

- **Continual Learning:** Engage in ongoing training and development sessions to improve skills and knowledge of the company's offerings and customer service techniques.

### Requirements

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in an online environment.
