- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a thorough understanding of Coins.ph's services and products to accurately educate clients and facilitate their usage.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and troubleshoot customer issues effectively, ensuring timely resolution and engaging with the appropriate internal teams as needed.
- **Documentation:** Record and track customer interactions systematically using our support software, ensuring detailed notes are kept for future reference and analytics.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant teams to help improve services and enhance client experience.
- **Community Engagement:** Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives and other community involvement projects as organized by the company, contributing to our mission to give back.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and enhancement of the overall customer journey.

**Requirements:**
