Job Description:
Avion School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Chat Support Officer to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide online chat support to students, prospective students, and other stakeholders
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues related to our online platform
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow up as needed
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, programs, and services
- Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- Hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other communication tools
- Experience in a customer service or support role preferred
