As an Online Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the management team by organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence.
- **Data Management**: Assist in the collection, analysis, and management of data, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- **Customer Interaction**: Serve as a liaison between the company and customers, addressing inquiries and facilitating a seamless communication flow to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain business documents, presentations, and reports; ensure all materials are well-organized and accessible.
- **Scheduling and Planning**: Help in strategic planning processes by coordinating timelines and deliverables for various projects and initiatives.
- **Task Management**: Track deadlines and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
- **Research**: Conduct research as required for project development, competitive analysis, and best practices; present findings in a clear and concise manner.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).
