### Job Description:

**San Miguel Corporation** is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Online Administrative Assistant** to join our dynamic team in Cebu. This part-time role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting operational excellence. ### Key Responsibilities:

- **Administrative Support:** Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining databases.

- **Communication Liaison:** Act as the point of contact between the organization and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication at all levels.

- **Data Management:** Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation by collecting, organizing, and analyzing information from different sources.

- **Calendar Management:** Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements as needed, ensuring optimal time management.

- **Expense Tracking:** Perform routine administrative tasks, including processing invoices, expense reports, and budgets in a timely and efficient manner.

- **Project Support:** Collaborate on various projects, providing administrative support to ensure project milestones are met and documentation is complete.

- **System Improvements:** Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in current administrative processes and suggesting enhancements.

- **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

- **Confidentiality Maintenance:** Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.

### Requirements:

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an online or remote capacity.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).

- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident with strong decision-making abilities.
- Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively without constant supervision.

- **Soft Skills:**
- High emotional intelligence to navigate interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.
- Strong planning skills, adept at prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
