Job Description:
FlySpaces, a leading online platform for flexible workspace solutions, is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable in Davao City, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable.
Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile invoices from vendors and suppliers
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Assist in month-end closing activities
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and procedures
- Handle inquiries from vendors regarding payment status
- Assist in ad-hoc financial projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in accounts payable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Innovation and creativity in problem-solving
