Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

PearlPay is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is looking to gain experience in the finance industry and is eager to learn and grow with a dynamic company.

Responsibilities:
- Process online payments to vendors and suppliers in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Assist with month-end closing processes
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions
- Assist with other finance-related tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Independent and energetic personality
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred but not required
