Job Description:
Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, energetic, and possesses strong teamwork and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide online account support to customers via email, chat, and phone
- Assist customers with account setup, login issues, and general inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to online accounts
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or account support
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus
