### Job Description

Plentina is seeking a motivated and dynamic Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. This part-time position is ideal for an individual looking to start their career in customer support while gaining vital experience in an innovative and fast-growing company. As an Online Account Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported.

### Responsibilities

- **Customer Support:** Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms. Address concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions.

- **Account Management:** Assist customers in managing their accounts, including account setups, updates, and cancellations. Ensure all account information is accurate and up-to-date.

- **Data Entry & Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with company policies.

- **Issue Resolution:** Identify, analyze, and escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate departments for swift action, while maintaining clear communication with the customers throughout the process.

- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of Plentina's products and services in order to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights to share with the team, contributing to continuous improvement efforts and supporting strategic planning initiatives.

- **Collaboration:** Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold company standards in customer experience.

- **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated on product changes, policy updates, and industry trends to better assist customers and maintain a high level of expertise.

### Requirements

- **Education:** Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in a related field is a plus but not required.

- **Experience:** At least 1 year of relevant customer support or account management experience, preferably in an online or remote environment.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using CRM software and online communication tools. Familiarity with online account management systems is an advantage.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Resourceful:** Demonstrate the ability to find solutions independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Independent:** Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and work without constant supervision.
