Lamudi has been pushing boundaries in the PropTech space and is looking at dominating the Asian market with new products and services that will service the growing need in the real estate business. The Opportunity We are looking for a Selli (CRM) Consultant that will assist our clients with the implementation of the Selli (CRM) application. This will include onsite visits with clients, software configuration, documentation, as well as training and interaction with clients. The Selli Consultant must be a skilled communicator with proven software implementation experience and customer service skills. Exceptional writing and reading skills are required to provide appropriate support for onboarding new clients and to work under pressure and prioritize workloads across multiple projects.
\n Responsibilities:Provide technical and functional expertise to clientsGuide clients and demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as neededManage all phases of the software implementation process using inhouse project methodologiesConduct configuration workshops with clients, document all agreed configuration and outline the new business processes for the customerIdentify customer training needs and conduct client training programsConduct onsite project handover and review meetings with clients ensuring that all milestones are signed off and the customer is handed over to supportLiaise with the development team to identify additional software functionality to enhance the product offeringParticipate in prospective client onsite demos and workshopsAssist in the software configuration for Demos to prospective clientsDevelop business-specific and/or application-level approaches and plans for testing, training, communicating, rolling out, and offering post-production supportAssist our business development team with developing prototype demonstrationsSeek additional sales opportunities and services from existing and prospective clients Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experiencePrevious experience with application software and integration between various software systemsTwo plus years' hands-on experience with CRMs or similar software applicationsExperience designing and implementing software solutions in the sales, service, marketing, and data cloudsAbility to develop client training plans and lead train-the-trainer and end-user training sessions as requiredAbility to effectively design a scalable solution to meet client business needs and participate in system configuration when necessaryExperience leading requirements gathering sessions and documenting outcome, including designing process flows and helping define test scripts
