Position : Onboarding Specialist Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM CST (or 4 hours overlap with CST) Holidays: US Holidays ???????Salary Range : up to USD 1,400 About the Company:
The company aims to help the small business owners, owner/operators and other service-based companies grow through handling back-office tasks that frees up the business to focus on service fulfillment.
Responsibilities: The onboarding specialist will support the onboarding of all new clients. The company has developed a proprietary AI Voice product The onboarding specialist will support the integration of the AI Voice product with the clients services The company works primarily with Home Service companies (e.g. Plumbing, electrical) The onboarding specialist will ensure that the client has successfully completed all informational requirements that will help AI Voice integration Once the AI Voice product has been integrated with the client, the onboarding specialist will monitor all quality assurance to ensure required AI Voice updates are being completed The onboarding specialist will act as an ongoing liaison with the client after successful onboarding completed Requirements 3-5 years of experience working with CRMs Proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, etc).  Former onboarding experience would be a plus.  Conversational in English (as this role will be occasionally engaging with clients directly) Having home service experience and experience with CRM's (e.g. ServiceTitan, HouseCall Pro, etc) would be an added benefit.
