Key Responsibilities:
? Provide excellent customer service by greeting and seating guests promptly.
? Take and process orders accurately, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen team.
? Serve food and beverages efficiently and with attention to detail.
? Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
? Assist in setting up dining areas for special events or high-volume service periods.
? Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
? Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations during busy shifts.
? Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
? Previous experience in a dining or hospitality role is preferred.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
? Strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.
? Availability to work on short notice, including evenings and weekends.
? With NBI/National Police Clearance Certificate.
