We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Data Quality Intermediate Analyst - Hybrid based in Taguig.
The Officer, Data Quality Intermediate Analyst (C11) is responsible for delivering subject matter and industry expertise across the enterprise in coordination with the Data Quality team.
In this role, you're expected to: Partner with business teams to develop process improvements, solutions, and streamline operational workflows. Apply professional judgment and attention to detail when interpreting data and results based on the analysis of information. Provide informal guidance or on-the-job training to new or lower-level team members. Communicate with tact and diplomacy to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information with project stakeholders or internal parties. Work and coordinate with a multidisciplinary group of business leads, operations managers, and technologists. Report Data Quality issues through the Data Concern Remediation Management process. Define detailed business data requirements and document them. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets. As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure: 2-5 years' experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs; Banking or Finance industry preferred. Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Working knowledge of Collibra and other Data Governance industry standard tools. Intermediate proficiency in System Query Language (SQL). Working knowledge of Tableau (report consumer, developer, etc.). Demonstrated understanding of Database structures. Flexible, team-oriented and have good interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
