JOB DESCRIPTION: Prevent problems occurrence by immediately notifying the customer.Expedite completion and timely notification for all affected customers.Responsible to thoroughly encode all parts items in any database platforms.Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.Resolving customer complaints.Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or electronic copy).Does encoding, filing & sorting of documents, Provides office support to the department assigned to.Willing to do multi-tasking office functions.Shall perform administrative functions.Assist in office management and organization procedures. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must possess has Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, Marketing Management, Information Technology or any related field.Fresh Graduates are encouraged to Apply!Previous experience in a customer service and billing position is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Customer Service Skills.Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills.Willing to work in MAKATI CITY.Willing to start ASAP.
