**Job Description:**

Puregold Price Club Inc. is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Office Manager to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings, coordinating with various departments as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as required.

2. **Team Coordination:**
- Facilitate team meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and minutes are recorded; follow up on action items as necessary.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new team members, ensuring a seamless transition.

3. **Project Management:**
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are completed to a high standard.
- Track project progress and make adjustments as necessary, communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.

4. **Resource Management:**
- Manage office supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary, and ensuring that resources are available to support team activities.
- Coordinate virtual team events and activities, fostering engagement and interaction among remote team members.

5. **Financial Oversight:**
- Assist in budget management by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports as needed.
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.

6. **Continuity Planning:**
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and recommending adjustments.
- Encourage calculated risk-taking among team members to drive innovation and progress within the organization.

7. **Maintain Compliance:**
- Ensure that company policies are implemented and adhered to, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management or administrative support role.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
