Job Description:

SariSuki, a leading company in Makati, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in office management. The ideal candidate will be confident, driven, and possess strong presentation and people management skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
3. Manage and maintain office budgets, expenses, and financial records.
4. Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
5. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
6. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
7. Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
8. Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors, clients, and visitors.
9. Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow within the organization.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
8. Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
9. Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
10. Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
