Job Description:
Workbean is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering phones, and handling correspondence
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide support to senior management as needed
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in office management or a related field
- Adaptable and driven personality traits
- Strong leadership and emotional intelligence skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
