Office Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must a graduate of Civil Engineering Course
• Fresh graduates, newly licensed Civil Engineers & without licensed are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable with CAD (2D/3D) and/or others is advantage
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledgeable of construction plans, specifications, estimates preparation, bidding preparation, review processing and compliance requirements for construction projects/
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in using MS Office Document especially Excel.
• WITH DRIVER'S LICENSE

DUTIES AND REPONSBILIITES:
• Support Site Engineers/Project Managers with the preparation and maintenance of construction schedules.
• Maintain and organized detailed construction files project records and logs.
• Provide technical engineering information to project supervision and crafts to ensure construction work complies with the all-engineering standards.
• Attend project meetings and record minutes of meetings.
• Prepare, collect daily/monthly project statues report.
• Establish and maintain working drawings.
• Prepare final documents, ensuring project documentation is processed in timely manners.
• Performs a variety of administrative task and duties similar to a project coordinator and other duties assigned from time to time.
