Full job descriptionJob Overview: Develop and maintain a systematic record and filing of all clinic management-related documents.Gather general data and conduct physical examinations of employees.Assist Physicians during physical examinations and consultation times.Coordinate with the concerned service units for the results of examinations.Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure that employee health benefits are provided smoothly and efficiently. This includes but is not limited to pre-employment medical exams, annual physical exams, executive check-ups, employee immunizations, etc.Prepare/collect and release Medical Examination Reports.Provide support to the Safety Officer in preparing reports with employee medical-related data as required by various government accrediting bodies.Be part of the Safety Committee.Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.Job Qualification: College graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.Underboard Nurses are welcome to apply.Must be trained in BOSH for Nurses (OHNAP).
