Nurse (Dialysis Trainee)

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Registered Nurse with PRC License
- at least 1-year work experience

Brief Job Description
- Takes medical history of the patient
- Takes vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate) of the patient
- Assist the patient undergo the laboratories needed for the procedure
- Performs other tasks which may be deemed necessary
