Job Description:
Provide customers with product and service information

Enter new customer information into the system

Ensuring customer satisfaction

Update existing customer information

Troubleshoot issues with games

Requirements:
Must be familiar with UNO games, particularly Phase 10 Skip-Bo Uno

Previous experience as a Gaming CSR|Game Support preferred but not required

Experience with Chat Support or Tech Support is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Willing to work in the office

Winning attitude and results-oriented

We Offer:
16k Basic and 2k Allowance

10% Night Differential
