Hiring! Call Center Agents (Voice & Non-Voice) - Telco Accounts

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing team of Call Center Agents for our Voice and Non-Voice Telco Accounts.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service through Voice and Non-Voice channels (phone, email, chat) for our Telco clients.
Troubleshoot customer inquiries and concerns regarding Telco products and services.
Uphold company standards for quality and efficiency in call handling.
Achieve set targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate
College graduates with or without experience are welcome
Minimum of 1 month experience in a BPO environment (a plus)
Willingness to work weekends and holidays (schedule will be discussed during interview)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and meet deadlines
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
A computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (a plus)
