NATIONAL MARKETING AND SALES HEAD JOB SUMMARY:
As Group Marketing Head, responsible for the overall management of the Group
Marketing Department with the ultimate goal of providing efficient support to Sales
(Dealers Market & Building Products) in the areas of (1) Marketing Plan development
and implementation, (2) Advertising, Trade Promotions, and Merchandising, (3)
Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Website
Administration, (4) Market Research & Business Intelligence, (5) Brand Management (6)
Sales Performance Monitoring & Analysis and (5) Market Development / Product
Development to expand the market.
As Sales Head, assumes full responsibility for the attainment of Sales Targets for
Building Products and Dealers Market to include: (1) Developing and Implementing the
Annual Sales Plans in coordination with the Sales Managers, (2) Providing guidance and
leadership to the entire Sales Force of Building Products & Dealers Market, (3)
Monitoring their monthly sales performances and addressing shortfalls, and (4)
Recommending sales strategies, product positioning and product pricing to increase the
Market Share.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With at least twenty (20) years of experience in the management of Sales & Marketing
functions gained from construction related sales and marketing companies.
Graduate of Business Courses preferably Marketing or Business ManagementKnowledge of Marketing & Sales Strategies, preferably those that are applicable in
construction related industries.
