Multi-Skilled Technician

Responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of the building/store equipment and facilities.Assist contractors for equipment repairs and maintenance.Work with tools and supplies necessary to complete projects.Maintain corporate safety procedures at all times and comply with access control regulations.Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other related tasks.Masonry: Plastering, bricklaying, tiling, excavation and drilling, maintenance and use of abrasive basic plumbing and carpentry.Plumbing: Welding, lead work, repairs to domestic hot/cold water supplies, clearance and repairs to soil and associated wastewater systems, patch repairs to wall finishes, tiling, basic carpentry and masonry.
Painting: Apply paint, stain and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, spray guns, or rollers. Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for finish coats.
