Utility Helper

Job Description

? Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the exterior and interior part of company premises.
? Ordering and maintaining the cleaning supplies.
? Conducting basic repairs and maintenance equipment.
? Performing basic landscaping duties including watering plants.
? Inspect utility lines, equipment, and components to identify problems and to make recommendations.
? Maintain and replacing lights
? Perform routine preventative maintenance.
? Inspect and test equipment to determine running and efficiency.
? Running errands: loading/ unloading items into and out of delivery vehicle
? Pick up and deliver documents, packages, and other items between offices, banks, establishment
traveling by foot or public transportations.

Job Qualifications

? At least High School graduate
? Must have working experience as a utility/ helper personnel.
? Ability to read and interpret written work orders.
? Maintains a positive attitude.
? Possess proper hand tool operation and safety measure within the workplace.
? Knowledgeable with basic repair such as electrical works.
? Ability to carry heavy boxes or packages.
? Must have a good standard for work areas and appearance.
? Can work overtime when needed
