Job Description:We are currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our Post-Production Department. In this role, you will be working with a talented team, which consists of Hybrid Editors, Motion Graphic Designers, Online Artists, Audio Engineers, Post Producers, and Audio Producers. The Production Manager is responsible for the overall production planning, execution, and control of the post-production operations team. He/She will have strong commercial awareness, combined with excellent customer service and communication skills, and be able to coach, inspire, and motivate their team to perform to a high standard. He/She will ensure consistent delivery of all activities to the highest quality.
Responsibilities:Shift production planning in close liaison with the Team Leader/Post Producer & Audio Producer.Lead all implementations with the team.Possess strong knowledge and understanding of all activities within the team.Assume responsibility for ensuring that all jobs are completed within the agreed timeframe and SLAs.Provide periodical reports to understand the team's performance.Plan capacity to handle spikes in demand.Be involved in the recruitment and selection of team staff.Appreciate, adhere to, and enforce key policies.Demonstrate a clear understanding of brands.Communicate with all stakeholders articulately, sharing and documenting any issues or knowledge to ensure consistency.Demonstrate good artwork judgment when giving direction or problem-solving.Monitor and measure the team's performance against KPIs and SLAs and drive resolutions.Provide guidance and coaching to employees and help ensure that skill gaps are addressed.Requirements:Five years management experience in a production setup.Knowledgeable in post-production processes such as video editing, motion graphics, VFX/CGI, and audio post engineering.Competent in key Creative Suite programs (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other post-production software such as Cinema 4D, Nuke, and Pro Tools.Knowledgeable in post-production workflows and broadcast standards.Working knowledge of Microsoft programs.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, and a flexible, logical, and proactive approach.Good analytical and numerical skills.Calm, professional, positive, and good-humored personality.
