What we are looking for: We are looking for a Mid – Senior Cybersecurity Analyst with technical experience and enthusiasm to learn new things in a fast-moving environment. As a Cybersecurity Analyst you will ensure high end security standard of the overall system and network of the company and develop security strategies and training programs.
Responsibilities will include: Monitor and remediate security alerts, incidents, network traffic, and enforce security standards using various security tools, escalating issues as needed.Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve security risks, validate vulnerabilities, and report on security posture to management.Perform security engineering tasks, including patch automation, vulnerability and asset management, while configuring and maintaining security infrastructure (e.g., encryption, MFA, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).Utilize threat intelligence to enhance security defenses and keep tools updated with the latest threats.Ensure secure and compliant identity and access management (IAM) systems, including user provisioning and role-based access controls.Support compliance with regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR), and prepare for internal/external security audits.Maintain documentation of security activities, including blue team operations, audit controls, and playbooks.Provide and implement realistic recommendations for security improvements and assist in red team operations, including security exercises and penetration testing.Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.Monitor security systems and respond to incidents as they arise.Assist on vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.Support the implementation of security measures for cloud-based and on-premise systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance across the organization.Participate in training and awareness programs for staff on cybersecurity best practices.Maintain documentation related to security configurations and incidents.Conduct cybersecurity training for new hires and promote security awareness across the organization.Perform other security tasks as assigned by the Senior Cybersecurity Specialist.To be successful for this role the following skills and experience is required: At least 2-4 years of experience in cybersecurity, automation, scripting and security configurationsHands-on experience of more than 1 year with key components of cybersecurity including but not limited to:Network SecuritySecurity OperationsAlert Monitoring and Incident ResponseThreat IntelligenceVulnerability ValidationSecurity Awareness and TrainingFamiliarity with tools such as CrowdStrike, Darktrace, Sentinel, Intune, and Defender.Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.Experience with security tools for threat detection, vulnerability assessment, and incident response.Basic understanding of network security concepts and practices.Strong knowledge in cloud network, and technologies.Strong understanding of Cloud Security in (specifically MS Azure.) Knowledge in other cloud platforms is a plusHolders of ISC CC, Security+, CTIA, CEH, Azure certifications are preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.What's in it for you: MONEYME's employees and culture are core to who we are.
