**MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR**

**Job Specifications**:
Ensure the smooth flow of work within the Department and the efficient coordination with other departments, by monitoring compliance of approved policies and procedures.
Responsible in accomplishing all the required reports on time and accurate.
Ensure that allocations of merchandise to stores are on time and correct by providing additional analysis of historical sales figures and or sales forecast for optimal allocation of merchandise.
**Job Qualifications**:

- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Management or any related field.
- Having background in Product development, market research or statistical analysis in garment industry will be given priority.
- Must have good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- With pleasing personality and has good sense in fashion.
- Proactive and team player
- with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Amenable to work in San Pedro Laguna
- willing to travel and can start immediately

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- San Pedro, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
