Job Overview: Merchandising Supervisor

A Merchandising Supervisor oversees and manages the merchandising team to ensure the effective presentation, promotion, and stocking of products.
The role involves planning and implementing merchandising strategies, monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales data, and ensuring adherence to company standards.
They work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to meet sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train the merchandising team to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor product displays and ensure proper inventory levels in stores.
- Analyze sales trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize product assortment and promotions.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistent implementation of merchandising plans.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and merchandising effectiveness for management review.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
- Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in merchandising or retail management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and retail operations is an advantage.
