Megawide is currently seeking an innovator and result-driven MEPF Supervisor who will oversee and manage various aspects of construction projects to ensure quality and efficiency.
Pre-Construction PreparationsMeets with clients and peer reviewers to suggest and provide comments on how to execute MEPF works during the design phase for design & build projects.Reviews construction drawings to generate RFI and RFA to make changes if needed.Creates proposals and recommendations to ensure quality and efficiency of designs/plans.Reviews and familiarizes with contract scope deliverables for the project, verifying alignment with the construction drawings.Supervises preparation for BOQ and quantity take-off.Prepares drawings and documents necessary for utility application for temporary facilities and construction.Preparation of Subcon Billings for MEPF WorksReviews and evaluates sub-con billings and claims for MEPF works.Checks and reconciles change orders on MEPF activities with clients.Submits project accomplishment reports of MEPF to the planning engineer for client billing.Execution and Monitoring of ActivitiesSupervises all activities for all trades of MEPF accomplishment, ensuring timely delivery of output.Provides catch-up schedules and strategies when needed.Checks and evaluates material and site request forms.Supervises and responds to all technical difficulties that may arise during project execution, in coordination with consultants and designers.Monitors productivity and schedule of admin/subcon manpower.Maintains project site continuous power and water supply to avoid hampering operations.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Construction Industry.Must have excellent oral and written communication skills; highly organized and assertive.Analytical, decisive, keen on details, and possesses excellent people/project management skills.
